Right of withdrawal
You always have the right of cancellation for 14 days according to consumer protection legislation. This means that you, as a customer, have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying support@recoriginal.com within 14 days of receiving the ordered item (the cancellation period). The email must state the order number and which products you want to exercise the right of cancellation on. The item must then be returned within 14 days from the date you notified support@recoriginal.com that you have exercised your right of withdrawal, as well as which order number and the products it applies to. The products must be sent back in their original condition and in their original packaging with any labels/tags remaining.
Refund & Return
Our refund and return policy lasts for 14 days from the time you receive your order. If you have not notified us at support@recoriginal.com about which products you want to return after 14 working days have passed, we do not offer a full refund or exchange. You as the customer are always responsible for return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. If we are to be able to approve your return, a receipt is required.

Sale products
Only products with regular prices are refundable.
When buying sale products, the right of exchange/credit receipt applies.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any product that is not in the original packaging, damaged or missing parts for any reason for reasons not due to our fault.
Once your product has been reviewed and inspected, we will send you an email regarding your return. We will also approve or deny your refund. If the products are approved in the inspection, you will be refunded through the same payment method that you chose when purchasing, this will take place within the next banking days.
Delayed or missing repayment
If you have not received your payment within 3 banking days of your return arriving at our warehouse, we recommend checking with your bank first.
Contact your credit card company, sometimes it may take some time before the process is fully approved.

Damages
We will replace your product free of charge if it is damaged during delivery. If you should receive a damaged product, contact us at {support@recoriginal.com} and let us know immediately, but no later than 14 working days. In the event of damage, free return shipping applies to you as a customer.
Return shipping:
You as the customer are responsible for the cost of the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable which means the shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend that you choose a trackable and insured waybill. We do not guarantee that the product will reach our warehouse.
How do I make a return?
Are you not satisfied with your item? No problem. Please contact us at support@recoriginal.com (within 14 days of receiving your order) with your order number, which goods are to be returned and the reason for return (right of cancellation, exchange, damage, etc.). After you have informed us about the return, a shipping note will be sent from PostNord to the email address you entered when ordering. You print the waybill and stick it on the package.

When changing
In case of exchange, you return your item in the same way as above, with equal conditions. You then place a new order on our website just as usual, you will be refunded as above.
